Matt Phillips, CPA, is a Manager of Compensation at John Hancock.  He is responsible for developing compensation plans for domestic and international distribution channels at John Hancock Investment Management and Manulife Investment Management.  Matt also spent time working at PricewatehouseCoopers LLP and Arbella Insurance Group.

Matt was born and raised in North Conway, NH.  He received his BS in Business and MS in Accounting from The University of New Hampshire.  Matt grew up around the game of golf with his parents and their friends from an early age.  His hope through volunteering is to provide kids with the opportunity for exposure to the game of golf at an early age.  Matt hopes this will give kids the ability to grow and learn the same values taught to him through the game of golf.

Matt lives in Melrose, MA with his wife Molly and their two young children; Bryce and Maddie. In their free time they like to ski, golf, and relax at the beach.
